Ultra low drop, low noise BiCMOS voltage regulator for surface mount applications. Features 2.5V fixed output voltage with 150mA output current capability and 550mA maximum output current. Operates with a maximum input voltage of 6V and offers a low quiescent current of 150uA. Compatible with low ESR capacitors and provides 50dB PSRR. Packaged in a compact SOT-23-5, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
