Ultra low drop, low noise BiCMOS voltage regulator with 2.7V fixed output voltage and 150mA output current. Features 60mV dropout voltage, 550mA maximum output current, and 2% accuracy. Operates from 2.5V to 6V input voltage with 85uA input bias current and 150uA quiescent current. Surface mountable in a SOT-23-5 package, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is compatible with low ESR capacitors and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
