Operates from a 1.9V to 5.5V input, delivering up to 200mA output current. This positive polarity, single-output IC offers a 50µA operating supply current and 55dB PSRR. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface mount case, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
