Quad operational amplifier IC featuring a 1.3MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.4V/µs slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a minimum voltage gain of 25000 and a maximum input offset voltage of 5000µV. Designed for military temperature grade operation (-55°C to 125°C), it is housed in a 14-terminal SO-14 (R-PDSO-G14) plastic package with a nominal supply voltage of 5V.
