The LM723N is a single output, adjustable linear voltage regulator with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It is available in a DIP-14 package and is RoHS compliant. The regulator can supply an output current of up to 150mA and has a maximum input voltage of 40V. It is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including those requiring a positive output voltage.
