Single, low-power CMOS operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. Offers a 9kHz bandwidth and 130dB voltage gain, with a 9MHz gain bandwidth product. Operates from 1.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming only 650nA of quiescent current. Features a low input bias current of 1pA and 100uV input offset voltage. Surface mountable in a compact SC package (1mm height, 2.2mm length, 1.35mm width), suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
