Smart Reset IC, a surface mount DFN package component, monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 300mV to 5.5V. Operating within a supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, this active low reset timer features a low supply current of 1µA. Its compact dimensions (1.5mm length, 1.05mm width, 0.6mm height) and lead-free, RoHS-compliant design make it suitable for consumer applications.
