Surface mount reset timer IC with a 4-pin DFN package, measuring 1.5mm x 1.05mm x 0.6mm. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 300mV to 5.5V and operates within a supply voltage of 2V to 5.5V. Features active low reset, low 1µA supply current, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
