32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an Arm Cortex-M3 core operating at up to 32 MHz. This device offers 384 KB of FLASH program memory and 80 KB of RAM, with 83 programmable I/O lines. Integrated peripherals include an LCD controller, USB interface, and two operational amplifiers. Designed for ultra-low-power applications, it operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and supports a supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V.
