8-pin TDFN surface-mount supervisory circuit with a 1.575V typical reset threshold, adjustable from 1.544V to 1.607V. Features one supervisor with active high, active low, open drain, and push-pull output driver options. Monitors voltages from 1.575V to 4.625V, operating within a 1V to 5.5V supply range with a low 6µA maximum supply current. Includes manual reset functionality and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The compact plastic package measures 2mm x 2mm x 0.73mm.
