1-Ch 3.1V Supervisory IC, 12-Pin TDFN, Active Low/Open Drain/Push-Pull
12-pin TDFN surface mount supervisory circuit with a 3.1V reset threshold. Features active low/open drain/push-pull output driver and operates from 1.6V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 8 µA. The compact plastic package measures 3mm x 2mm x 0.73mm with a 0.5mm pin pitch, suitable for demanding applications within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
