Dual/triple ultra-low voltage supervisor ICs, surface mountable in a SOT-23-6 package. Features three monitored voltages with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a minimum of 800mV. Operates with a low supply current of 35µA and offers overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds at 2.375V and 2.25V respectively. Includes a push-button reset with an active-low, 140ms timeout delay option. Maximum power dissipation is 675mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
