Surface mountable, single-element power management IC featuring a 5V supervisor with battery switchover. Monitors a single voltage with reset thresholds at 4.25V (undervoltage) and 4.5V (overvoltage). Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 60µA supply current. Includes an active-low reset with a 140ms timeout and a watchdog timer. Packaged in SO for tape and reel distribution.
