This simple reset/power-on reset IC monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 2.63V, featuring undervoltage detection at 2.55V and overvoltage detection at 2.7V. Operating across a 1V to 5.5V supply range, it consumes a maximum of 60µA supply current and offers active high/low reset output with a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in SOIC for tape and reel distribution, it operates from -40°C to 85°C with a maximum power dissipation of 320mW.
