It monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 4.5V to 4.75V, featuring an active-high, totem-pole output and a 140ms reset timeout. Operating within a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage range, it exhibits a maximum supply current of 60µA and a power dissipation of 320mW. The component is housed in an SO package with dimensions of 5mm (length) x 4mm (width) x 1.5mm (height), suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, and includes a watchdog timer.
