1-channel power supply management IC featuring a simple reset/power-on reset function. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 4.65V, adjustable between 4.5V and 4.75V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low operating supply current of 60µA. Includes an active-low reset output with a 140ms reset timeout and a watchdog timer. Packaged in a RoHS compliant, lead-free TSSOP-8 surface mount package.
