Surface mountable 5V supervisor IC with a single monitored voltage and a watchdog timer. Features a reset output with a 140ms timeout and active-low reset. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60µA. Reset threshold voltage ranges from 4.25V to 4.5V, with an overvoltage threshold at 4.5V and undervoltage threshold at 4.25V. Dissipates a maximum of 320mW and is available in a SO package.
