Surface mount supervisory circuit IC with a single channel, featuring active low totem-pole output. Monitors one voltage with a reset threshold of 4.65V, adjustable between 4.5V and 4.75V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60µA. Includes a watchdog timer and a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in an 8-TSSOP, lead-free, RoHS compliant format.
