The STPS140ZY is a surface mount general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum reverse current of 500mA. The diode is lead free and RoHS compliant, packaged in a SOD-123-2 case and available in tape and reel quantities of 3000. It can handle a maximum forward surge current of 5.5A and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 5.5A.
