Features a breakdown voltage range of 80V to 120V with a 70V reverse standoff voltage and 150mA hold current. Designed for surface mount applications with a 30A peak pulse current capability and a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. This RoHS compliant component is lead-free and operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
