Micropower low-voltage rail-to-rail comparator featuring four channels. This general-purpose specialty logic IC operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 800mV up to a maximum of 5V, with a typical operating supply voltage of 3V. It boasts a low operating supply current of 26uA, a high voltage gain of 100dB, and a common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio of 79dB. The surface mount TSSOP package is RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
