Micropower quad CMOS voltage comparator featuring four independent channels. Offers a wide operating supply voltage range from 1.35V to 15V, with a maximum dual supply of 8V and maximum single supply of 16V. Boasts low input bias current of 1pA and a typical quiescent current of 25uA. Delivers 4mA output current per channel with a push-pull output type. Packaged in a compact 1mm height TSSOP for surface mounting, with a 1.2us propagation delay.
