Features a low input bias current of 300pA and a low quiescent current of 16µA, operating from a 2.7V to 10V supply. Offers a fast 2µs response time and high voltage gain of 240dB, with a robust common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio of 80dB. Packaged in a SOT-23 surface mount configuration, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
