
The TS9224ID is a 4-channel general purpose operational amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 4MHz. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V and can handle an output current of up to 80mA per channel. The device is packaged in a RoHS compliant SO-14 package and is suitable for use in temperatures up to 125°C. The op amp has a common mode rejection ratio of 65dB and an input offset voltage of 500uV. It is not radiation hardened and is available in rail or tube packaging.
