This surface mount D2PAK package component offers 12A max output current with a low 35mR on-state resistance. It provides fault protection against over voltage and over temperature, operating from an 18V supply voltage with a max of 45V. Key switching parameters include an 80ns turn-on delay and a 150ns fall time. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
