This TDK thermistor is a 2-terminal NTC device with a resistance range of 50 to 300 ohms at 25C and a thermal coefficient range of -3.5 or greater. It has a thermal time constant range of 15 to 40 seconds and a sensitivity index range of less than 3250. The device is accurate to ±3% and has a percentage of resistance tolerance range of ±10 to ±15 at 25C. It is suitable for use in applications where a high degree of temperature sensitivity is required.
