Optical transistor output solid state relay featuring a 1A contact current rating and 1A output current. Operates with a nominal input voltage of 5V DC and a maximum input voltage of 8V DC, requiring 18mA input current. Offers a maximum output voltage of 250V and a voltage rating of 280V, with a DC rated voltage of 280V. Includes a 0.1ms turn-on delay and 0.75ms turn-off delay. UL and CSA approved, RoHS compliant, and available in a red module package with through-hole mounting.
