Slew-rate controlled load switch operates from 1.1 V to 5.5 V and provides low on-resistance down to 1.2 V input. The switch has a typical 2.5 ms controlled turn-on rise time at 3.6 V to limit inrush current for capacitive loads. Low-voltage enable logic supports direct on/off control, and reverse current blocking prevents current flow back into the source when disabled. The device is supplied in a 4-pin TDFN package measuring 1.2 mm by 1.6 mm and is rated for operation over a -40 °C to +85 °C ordering temperature range.
