Low-noise, low-distortion fully differential amplifier drives high-resolution SAR and sigma-delta ADC inputs. The device operates from a 3 V to 10 V supply range and provides selectable full-power and low-power modes with 145 MHz and 80 MHz small-signal bandwidth, respectively. Rail-to-rail outputs, adjustable output clamps, and an adjustable output common-mode voltage support ADC input protection and common-mode matching. It is specified from -40°C to +125°C and is supplied in a RoHS-compliant 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP package.
