Micropower low-dropout linear regulators supply up to 300 mA with a typical 270 mV dropout voltage. The family supports fixed 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V and 5 V outputs, plus an adjustable version from 1.22 V to 20 V. Output noise is 20 µV RMS over 10 Hz to 100 kHz with an external 0.01 µF bypass capacitor, and typical quiescent current is 30 µA. The regulators operate from a 1.8 V to 20 V input range and include reverse battery, reverse current, overcurrent and overtemperature protection.
