The device operates from a 2.1 V to 3.76 V supply and supports 15 channels at a 250 kbps raw data rate across the 2.4000 GHz to 2.4835 GHz band. Typical radio current is 4.5 mA in receive mode and 9.7 mA when transmitting at 8 dBm, with doze current of 1.2 µA. It is supplied in a 72-lead 10 mm by 10 mm plastic QFN package and is designed for RoHS-compliant lead-free assembly.
