SmartMesh IP network manager-on-chip provides a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4e wireless manager for self-forming mesh networks. The device integrates an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, radio transceiver, flash memory, RAM, autonomous MAC, AES security, API UART, CLI UART, and in-circuit programming SPI interface. It operates from a 2.1 V to 3.76 V supply over a –40°C to 85°C temperature range in a 72-lead 10 mm × 10 mm QFN package. The radio supports 15 channels across the 2.4000 GHz to 2.4835 GHz band with 250 kbps DSSS modulation and calibrated 0 dBm or 8 dBm transmit power. The product is lead-free, RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and compatible with 245°C RoHS reflow.
