Overview

The DC600A demonstration circuit is an evaluation platform for the LTC1540CDD nano-power voltage comparator. The board is specifically designed to facilitate the testing of the LTC1540 in its 3mm x 3mm DFN package, providing pads for external components and the option to convert the board into a standard 8-pin DIP format using Mill-Max headers. The LTC1540 features an ultra-low quiescent current of 300nA, a 1.2V internal reference, and adjustable hysteresis. The document includes technical specifications, a quick start procedure, DFN package rework guidelines, and soldering assembly tips. The evaluation board comes populated with AVX 1206C104KAT bypass capacitors and supports a total supply voltage range of 2V to 11V.
