Overview
The ESP32-C5-EVB is a development and evaluation platform based on the Espressif ESP32-C5-WROOM-1-N8R4 module, which provides dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 (LE) connectivity. The board includes comprehensive power management featuring a TPS62A02 step-down converter for 3.3V regulation, a TP4054 LiPo battery charger, and an MT3608 boost converter. Interface options include dual USB-C ports (one for UART via CH340X and one for JTAG), two 5A/240VAC relays with status LEDs, and two opto-isolated inputs designed for high-voltage sensing. It also features Olimex's UEXT connector for hardware expansion and dedicated battery sensing circuitry.
