
Step-up converter regulates an adjustable output up to 28 V from a 2 V to 24 V input supply. The device uses fixed-frequency peak-current-mode control at 1.2 MHz and integrates an 80 mΩ power MOSFET with a 4 A switch current limit. Internal soft-start, undervoltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection are included. The converter operates from -40 °C to 85 °C and is supplied in a 6-pin SOT-23 package.
