Overview

The REF-DR3KIMBGSIC2MA is a reference design developed for servo motor and drive integration applications. The design comprises two PCBs—a driver board and a power board—configured as a 3-phase inverter. It utilizes Infineon 1ED3122MC12H EiceDRIVER isolated gate drivers with active Miller clamp functionality and IMBG120R040M2H 1200V CoolSiC MOSFETs. The system is designed to support DC link potentials up to 1000 VDC.
