
The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth MCU module integrates an ESP32-D0WDQ6 dual-core Xtensa 32-bit MCU running up to 240 MHz with 4 MB SPI flash and a 40 MHz crystal oscillator. It supports 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi up to 150 Mbps plus Bluetooth v4.2 BR/EDR and Bluetooth LE. The PCB-antenna module operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply over a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient temperature range. It provides up to 32 GPIOs and interfaces including UART, SPI, SDIO, I2C, I2S, PWM, ADC, DAC, capacitive touch, IR, pulse counter, and TWAI/CAN-compatible functions. The 38-pin module measures 18 mm by 25.5 mm by 3.1 mm and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
