Protection features include UVLO, average overcurrent protection, peak short-circuit protection, overtemperature protection, soft start, and a ready output. The device is rated for industrial use over a -40 °C to 125 °C ambient range and is offered in an 8-pin thermally enhanced PG-TSSOP package with 0.65 mm pitch.
