The single-port 10BASE-T1L Ethernet PHY supports long-reach 10 Mbps single-pair Ethernet for industrial networks. It is compliant with IEEE 802.3cg-2019 and supports cable reach up to 1700 m with 1.0 V p-p and 2.4 V p-p transmit levels. The device provides MII, RMII, and RGMII MAC interfaces, an MDIO management interface, pin-strapped unmanaged configuration, and diagnostics including TDR cable fault detection and link quality indication. It operates from 1.8 V or 3.3 V supply rails with VDDIO options of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V, and orderable models cover -40°C to +85°C or -40°C to +105°C temperature ranges in a 40-lead 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package.
