CMOS low dropout linear regulator operates from a 2.7 V to 20 V input and supplies up to 200 mA output current. The regulator provides 11 µV rms output noise, high power supply rejection, and stable operation with a small 2.2 µF ceramic output capacitor. Fixed output options include 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 4.5 V, and 5.0 V, with adjustable operation from 1.2 V to the input voltage minus dropout. Device options are offered in 6-lead LFCSP, 8-lead SOIC, and 5-lead TSOT packages for operation over a −40°C to +125°C temperature range.
