User guide for EVAL-AD7414EBZ and EVAL-AD7415EBZ evaluation boards, featuring the AD7414 and AD7415 10-bit digital temperature sensors with SMBus/I2C interfaces.
Overview
This document describes the evaluation system for the AD7414 and AD7415 digital temperature sensors. These sensors offer 10-bit resolution, a -40°C to +125°C range, and typical accuracy of ±0.5°C. The evaluation boards interface with a PC via USB using a Cypress CY7C68013A microcontroller and include an ADP3303-3.3 regulator. The accompanying software allows users to configure internal registers, monitor real-time temperature via a graphical interface, and set overtemperature/undertemperature limits for the AD7414's alert function.
