Dual-channel bidirectional TVS diode protects data and power lines from electrostatic discharge and transient events. The device supports IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection to 15 kV and IEC 61000-4-4 electrical fast transient current to 40 A. It has a reverse working voltage range of -8 V to +14 V with low reverse current and 4 pF typical diode capacitance. The compact TSLP-3 package uses B3 marking and supports reel packaging.
