Overview

This document describes the hardware and setup for the EVAL-ADG5404FEBZ, an evaluation board for the ADG5404F 4-channel multiplexer. The ADG5404F provides overvoltage detection and protection on source pins against signals up to ±55 V in both powered and unpowered states. The board supports dual supply voltages from ±5 V to ±22 V and single supplies from 8 V to 44 V. It includes an on-board ADP7142 LDO regulator for digital supply and control, LED indicators for visual fault status (FF and SF pins), and screw terminals for I/O and power connections. Users can control the parallel interface manually via link headers or externally through SMB connectors.
