Overview

Demonstration circuit 1855A features the LT3030, a dual micropower, low noise, and low dropout (LDO) linear regulator. The board supports independent input voltages from 2.2V to 20V for each channel. Channel 1 provides a maximum output current of 750mA, while Channel 2 provides 250mA. Each channel includes jumpers to select output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, or 5V, with options for user-programmed values via resistor installation. The LT3030 is utilized in a 28-lead 4mm x 5mm QFN package. The circuit incorporates 22μF and 10μF ceramic output capacitors for stability and 10nF bypass capacitors for reduced output noise. Features include individual shutdown jumpers and PWRGD terminals for each channel.
