Control resources include VADC converters, a DAC, CCU4 and CCU8 capture-compare timers, HRPWM channels, POSIF, watchdog, RTC, and on-chip debug interfaces. Supported family packages include VQFN-48 and LQFP-64, with operating-temperature options spanning -40 °C to 85 °C or 125 °C.
