Overview
The EVAL-AD5780 is a comprehensive evaluation platform for the Analog Devices AD5780, a high-precision 18-bit serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter. The board features integrated precision reference buffer amplifiers and offers multiple link options for configuring output ranges and reference voltages. It can be operated via an on-board 10-pin header or connected to a PC through the System Development Platform (SDP) for software-based control. The included software provides access to internal registers and supports automated measurements using external GPIB-controlled multimeters. The board includes the ADR4550 precision reference and AD8675/AD8676 operational amplifiers to support high-accuracy performance evaluation.
