This document describes the EVAL-AD74416H-ARDZ evaluation board for the AD74416H, a quad-channel software-configurable input/output device with an integrated HART modem. The board serves as a complete system solution, featuring an isolated power supply based on the MAX17691B flyback converter and digital channel isolation using ADuM341E and ADuM342E isolators. The AD74416H supports a variety of functions including analog I/O, digital I/O, thermocouple, and RTD measurements. The evaluation kit includes Arduino and PMOD-compatible connectors for SPI communication and is supported by PC-based ACE software and No-OS MBED drivers for code development. The guide provides detailed hardware configuration options, jumper settings, and schematic artwork.
