Overview

The UG-363 User Guide details the installation and operation of the ADISUSBZ iSensor Evaluation System. This system provides a USB-to-SPI interface for evaluating a wide range of Analog Devices inertial measurement units (IMUs) and specialized sensors. It features two primary connection points: J1 for breakout boards using a 12-pin ribbon cable and J4 for devices with embedded or flexible connectors. The system supports three power configurations: 3.3V regulated from USB, direct 5V USB power, and an external supply option. Included PC software facilitates sensor demonstration, register-level access, and high-speed data capture. The guide also provides specific physical installation instructions, including screw lengths and jumper settings for over 30 compatible ADIS16xxx series products.
